Podwyżki pszenicy z początkiem grudnia wyhamowały. W skupach ceny za ziarno spadły o 50/100 zł za tonę. Jest to trend z goła inny do tego za granicą gdzie cena pszenicy wzrasta. Dlaczego w Polsce ceny topnieją? Niestabilny rynek sprawia, że trudno przewidzieć czy nagle nie dojdzie do znacznych cięć cen na giełdzie. Z tego powodu krajowe punkty skupujące wstrzymują się ze znacznymi podwyżkami. Na wartości w ostatnim tygodniu zyskało pszenżyto i jęczmień, którego ziarna niewiele zostało w kraju.

Jak co tydzień, na podstawie wywiadu z poszczególnymi punktami skupu, sporządziliśmy zestawienie cen. Obecnie za pszenicę konsumpcyjną i paszową uzyskać można od 1150 do 1350 zł/t, za żyto od 850 do 1100 zł, za pszenżyto od 980 do 1130 zł, za jęczmień 850 do 1110 zł a za owies od 650 do 950 zł.
